Hi，that's an interesting question.
i am a kind of person who really likes to show daily life and emotional changes in social media(Wechat or Weibo).
During the period of studying in university,i was unwilling to share my daily life with parents, not mention to my relatives. The main question was that i did not think they could understand my thoughts and appreciate my lifestyle. They used to ask me some embarrassed questions which i can not bear, if i attached a selfie to Wechat.
i belived that i will block my family in the cycle of friends in Wechat until i enter the workplace. I found a job in another city and i did not frequently back to my hometown. My parents wanted to know my living conditions and whether i was safe. And these problems can be easily addressed if i unblock them in my Wechat.

sometimes I will shield my parents，sometimes I will not，there are many different groups in my wechat,different content will be seen by different groups.

有一次，我发了条朋友圈，关于中国教育制度的缺陷，被爸妈骂了几天，说会被警察拉什么的，从此以后就把父母屏蔽了~上一代的封建不是我们这一代能想像的。
