现在除了官方的参考编码器有民用免费的第三方编码器吗？参考编码器是不是比aom还慢？现在vvc目前我觉得只能算是ppt 只有视频压缩标准 没有咱们能实用的编码器

转换的意义已经不大，首先存储成本已经非常低了，未来还会持续走低，像手机、平板电脑等设备的储存空间也越来越大，不需要为空间捉急，其次任何转换都是以牺牲品质和时间为代价的，未来不缺资源而缺乏优质高清的资源，而且压缩效率的小幅度提升换来转换时间的级数级增加，不划算，第三点，设备运算能力的提升，什么格式已经不重要，反正现如今你认识的不认识的格式都能播，第四，5g要来了，现在网速已经够快、流量也很便宜，带宽、流量什么的会越来越不是问题。综上需要批量转码的领域已经越来越少了，多数根本不需要

批量压下av1还是可以的，aomenc 推荐的NEAV1E (NotEnoughAV1Encodes)还不错。

图形界面的H266的工具？ 命令行的都没有。。。

Initial version of the x266 software will support single layer coding of 10 bits video with 4:2:0 chroma format. More advanced versions will support multilayer coding, higher than 10 bits depth video and higher than 4:2:0 chroma formats.

x266？就算有，那个转码时间，你也忍受不了哦。x265，1080p，medium，很多电脑都顶不住了，多数人的pc还是停留在第7还是第8代酷睿的水平
