大概意思就是，我想买恶鬼2.0（并不）但是VP还差一些（我刻意花到还剩5800），需要这1750的退款来买套装。之后就是把自己要退的物品截图，我剩余的VP点数截图，给客服发过去。最后就是唠了唠家常套个近乎（我很期待盖亚2.0）之类的

一开始会有个机器人秒回你，说一些套话，你回复一下机器人，说我想申请退款，这个工单就排进人工客服里了，之后就是等回复

我昨天十一点回复了机器人，但是一直没收到回复，于是我今天下午两点多又回了一条讯息，说希望能帮我退款
