①文章送审以后，编辑给发的Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest文件填完之后是直接发到编辑邮箱还是在账号里面提交？
②文件里第一个表格下面的Financial interests（图1）第一条：An author has received or expects to receive research grants from funding agencies (please provide details regarding the research funder and the grant number)这个与文章里的Funding是同一个东西吗？如果是，在这份文件里需要写在哪里？（好像文件里并没有给出可以填这个的表格或空白）
③声明没有利益冲突的那个框框里直接填名字吗？打字or签名？（图2）
