Fixed a bug with AUTO video mode change. Now adapters even sync better.
Fixed a bug with USB menu gamelist. Over 255 games are now supported with no problem.
Menu X/Y position of the menu are now adjusted for better view on CRT monitors and for better showing the selection arrow.
