FOB TRANSACTION (TTT)1
1) Buyer issue ICPO containing the seller's exact working procedure with banking details and scanned copy of buyer's passport along with TSA issued by a verifiable tank farm company for seller to do due
diligence before issue CI.
2) After verification of the buyer's TSA, seller issues commercial invoice of the product in tanks at the
designated port; both the end-buyer and buyer
invoice to seller.
3) Seller issue to buyer PPOP listed below:
* GPS coordinate-tank storage receipt (TSR)
* Injection report
* Unconditional dip test authorization letter (DTA)
* Authorization to sell.
* Fresh SGS report in seller tank not older than 72hrs
* Authorization to verify the product in seller's tank (ATV)

4) Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA for the following document to all intermediaries involve in the transaction and to buyer for signing.
5) Buyer inspects by SGS on buyer’s expenses and send TSR
6) Upon successful dip test in tanks, product will immediately be injected into buyer’s tanks. Buyer makes payment for the product via mt103 and seller transfer title ownership to buyer.

1) Buyer issue an official ICPO with company registration license ,Tank storage Agreement ( TSA ) for seller validation.
2) seller issues Commercial Invoice ( CI ) for the quantity available to the buyer.
3) Buyer signs and returns Commercial Invoice with Tank storage receipt (TSR) in Seller’s name as proof of Tank storage availability from Buyer’s Tank farm company and NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all Buyer groups.
4) Seller schedules the injection and issues to buyer the PPOP documents listed below:
* Unconditional dip test authorization letter (DTA)
* New SGS inspection report.
* Injection report
* Certificate of origin.
* Product passport (Analysis test report)
* Notarized and endorsed by NCNDA/IMFPA.
* Tank storage receipt (TSR)
* Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC).
