Thank you for reporting the problem
We can confirm that "IDM integration" Chrome extension versions 6.15.*
(all 6.15 versions, released from March 2013 till June 2013) do not
satisfy Google security requirements
But all extensions released prior 6.15 and after 6.15, for example,
6.14.* or 6.17.* do not have any known security issues
The problem that you are experiencing now is caused by a slow review of
newer versions of "IDM integration" extension by Google Chrome review team
We should wait for several days for Google webstore team to review newer
versions of our extension
You may try to use other browsers during these days, or contact Google
about this issue

大概意思是说IDM扩展版本号为6.15的所有版本都不能满足谷歌的安全性要求，但是6.15之前和之后的版本没有任何已知的安全问题。现在这个问题是因为谷歌扩展商店的审查团队对新版IDM扩展的缓慢审查导致的，现在只能等待谷歌审查团队审查IDM的新版插件，IDM的人员建议大家这些天先用别的浏览器，或者向google汇报这个问题。（以上渣翻译，有错误欢迎指正）
