Park Chan-wook — who's promoting Decision to Leave in Korea at this moment — said in an interview that when he worked with Nicole Kidman on Stoker, he wanted to do a read-through & reahersal but she was like, "Honey, I don't like read-through but I'm very well-prepared on set, so you don't have to worry about me." He replied, "Actually, it's because I need a translation on set and I want to make it an opportunity where I can explain my vision." And Nicole was like, "Oh, if that's the case..." and she LOVED this particular read-through in the end, as she had raved about this exprience later. I thought you guys might be interested.
