竟然现在才开启新的一年

我最喜欢的电影，星际穿越莫属，满足了我对探索宇宙的一部分幻想，依然可以重温很多很多次，第二喜欢的可能是派的奇幻漂流，10多年前第一次看，只记得屏幕上壮丽奇幻的海面风景，但是后面却整整一个星期无法自拔的看影评，才真正看懂后面的隐喻，每一次有人分析这部电影都能让我再一次沉浸到那个故事中，链接敬畏。第三喜欢的莫过于冰雪奇缘！必须是第一部，虽然这是一部占领那一代小孩子童年的电影，也不妨碍我这个大人对这部电影无法自拔，我觉得我还可以看很多遍也不会腻，因为里面的歌曲故事台词人物表情融合的太好了，我是真的喜欢这部电影的音乐，并且可以在其中感受英语这门语言的表达。

突然发现这三部电影都有一个共性，我们都相遇在2014年，如今过去了10年多，竟然没有新成员加入

今天是两个妈妈和两个女儿的约会，自从高考那天一起睡一家酒店后，两个妈妈就没有遇见了，多年后因为两个女儿，因为都面临要准备装修，又见面了，聊天好开心，虽然两个妈妈都有各自的焦虑，并且都是因为女儿，但是我们可以相互承接帮助理解。就这样，10几年前的缘分，延续。

Remember those kindness, empathy, and happiness. Let go of the awkwardness—it’s just a feeling, not a fact. And even if it were true, it’s just a small and ordinary part of life.

Today, I had mixed feelings after the team-building event. At first, I felt a bit awkward trying to find someone to talk to. It felt like I had to act like an actress, and that’s not something I’m good at. Socializing isn’t easy, but when you try, it’s not as hard as it seems—I guess it all depends on your mindset.
The moment I finally let go of the awkwardness was when I became genuinely interested in something. I saw them playing table football—wow, how thrilling it was! Then I decided to give it a try. When my colleagues invited me, I didn’t hesitate at all—I just wanted to play. Looking back, I realize that maybe the key difference was awareness.
If I had been too aware of my colleagues’ kindness, I probably would have felt awkward again, overthinking how to express my gratitude. It sounds silly, but that’s just how I grew up. However, in that moment, I forgot about all that—I was simply eager to play, haha. And it was just as fun as it looked! Even though I was terrible at it and accidentally kicked the ball into my own goal several times, I still had a great time.
One of my colleagues from LUX, might have seen how badly I was playing, so he decided to join in and help me defend our goal. With his guidance, I think I finally got the hang of it. He really acted like a gentleman—just like everyone said.

I may have told myself a thousand times and tried to comfort myself that it’s okay, but now I realize the only thing I need to remind myself is to stay true to who I am—maybe that’s the key.

But it’s not that simple, because there’s a voice inside me saying I should act like an adult—maybe act like this or that. It’s hard.

回来看到桌子上多了一个大神冲剂和罗汉果 最近口腔大溃疡 好痛好痛 好像很多人都觉得口腔溃疡是个小问题 很快就会好起来 但是却自动忽略这是个煎熬的过程 像个不定时鱼刺时不时的刺一下你 让你突然打个激灵 是一种心理和生理的折磨 只有妈妈在意我的口腔溃疡 只有妈妈理解这种疼痛 除了因为她也是经常口腔溃疡外 她还说我的口腔溃疡可能像到了她 也许妈妈会在意来自她的对我的影响 当然我从来不会觉得我的口腔溃疡和她有什么必然联系 但是也只有妈妈会在意我的小小的口腔溃疡了
